Join our calming and cooling monthly Breathwork/energywork = pranayama event.
Paying a tribute to the summer warmth, we’ll learn and practise:
- how to optimise breathing during the summer,
- how to diminish the impact of heat,
how to relieve some of the menopausal symptoms,
- We’ll explore the philosophy and techniques of classical yoga Kriya (cleansing) and Pranayama (energy expansion). Among them: Kapalabhati, Jala Neti, Nadi Shuddhi, Chanda Bhedana, some mudras and bandhas and more
You’ll have a better understanding of your own respiration, you’ll learn how to breathe efficiently and beneficially for your physical and mental health.
You’ll get some useful take-aways home, so you can continue your practice after the workshop. Plus you’ll get one free pass to our weekly Pranayama & Meditation online class.
WHO IS IT FOR
All are welcome: complete beginners, experienced yogis and yoga teachers.
Taught by the Senior yoga teacher & Teachers' trainer and yoga mentor, Irina Pashkevich. Yoga teachers will benefit from the CPD credits of Yoga Alliance Professionals.
