About this event
A Journey through the Chakras with Loren Williams.
This two hour workshop aims to provide an introduction into the Chakras, what they are, how they impact mind and body and how we can harness and balance these subtle energy centres.
With a deeper look into the symbology of each Chakra, how we can recognise imbalances and when these energy centres are blocked.
Together we will explore Pranayama practices and a Vinyasa sequence designed to move us beyond the physical and into the energetic body clearing the pathway for energy to flow more freely ending with a guided meditation.
