Horsham Fireworks Night 31st Oct 2015
Probably the best fireworks evening in Horsham!
Our Annual Club Fundraising Family Event with Fireworks, Funfair and Food....
TICKETS
Members of Horsham Sports Club and it's constituent sections (Cricket, Hockey, Squash and Tennis) can purchase tickets from 31st Aug.
The first 2000 tickets will be available at £4 but once they're gone they're gone! After that they will all be £6 each.
Ticket sales will be open to the general public (as well as members) from 14th Sept until Midday on 31st Oct.
Tickets on the gate will be £9 each.
As in previous years, U5s GO FREE!!
We also have a limited number of VIP tickets available at £15 each - ticket includes a welcome drink, buffet and exclusive indoor viewing area. Thes tickets are only available from the club office or online from our Eventbrite site.

Gates open at 4.30pm with the display,from Aurora Fireworks, at 7.30pm. After the display 'Cinnamon Street' (popular 80's covers band) will be performing live in the clubroom.

We have traditional funfair rides and stalls to keep all ages entertained before and after the display - everything from the dodgems to hook a duck! The funfair will be open from 4.30pm.
FAQs
What do I need to wear?
Please dress appropriately for the weather as most of the event is outside and on grass. If you want to wear fancy dress that's fine by us!
What facilities do you have for disabled access?
Entry and viewing is all on one level. There is wheelchair access to the food stalls, beer tent and the fairground area, although please bear in mind that these are all situated on grass which may be muddy by the end of Oct. The disabled toilets are on the hardstanding area and it is also possible to watch the firework display from the hardstanding area too. For disabled parking please see below.
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
U14s must be accompanied by an adult.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is no general parking at the venue but we do have a limited number of disabled parking spaces for blue badge holders. These are available on a first come basis. The nearest car parks are in the town centre or at Sainsburys, both of which are only a 5- 10 minute walk from the club. Alternatively Waitrose and John Lewis Car parks are a 5-10 min walk away. The Hop Oast Park and Ride is also open until 11pm.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please note that you cannot bring any alcohol or fireworks/sparklers into the event. Dogs are also not permitted.
Is my ticket transferrable?
Yes - if you have a ticket and no longer require it and want to give it away, or if want to buy tickets on behalf of someone else that is absolutely fine. We cannot hold tickets on the gate except in exceptional cicumstances, so make sure you distribute tickets to everyone in your group in advance, or arrange to meet them near the entrance, as everyone needs a ticket to get into the event apart from U5s
Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event?
If you do an online purchase via our eventbrite site you will be able to print off your ticket at home ( we are also looking at using a scanning facility this year so we can scan you in using your order on your mobile. watch this space for more details) If you purchase a ticket direct from the club or M&J News you will be given a ticket, and if you buy via the Capitol they will issue a ticket to you.
What is the refund policy?
Sorry, there are no refunds in the event of a cancellation of the event. In the event of extreme bad weather (exceptionally high winds) we would have to cancel the event on the advice of the company doing the firework display due to health and safety concerns. Otherwise just dress appropriately for the weather on the night - we won't be cancelling if it's raining unless the ground is flooded! Any updates will be posted on the website.
There are no refunds if you are unable to attend for any other reason, sorry!
