Programme for the Event
11.00 Ground is open to the public. Entry will be free to all. Catering outlets providing hot food, alcohol and ice cream will be onsite. Horsham CC's world famous "Ladies Tea Tent" will also be providing a wide range of cakes, tea and coffee.
Car parking will be available on the ground at a charge of £5 per car.
11.00 The Lashings All Stars will be on the ground providing coaching to a range of Horsham CC juniors.
11.30 Guests start to arrive for lunch in the Corporate Marquee.
There will be a Corporate Lunch for 250 plus guests in a marquee on the ground. Lashings will be providing corporate entertainment including an auction and raffle. Premium tables will be available at £500 which will include seating for 8 guests plus a player from the Lashings International XI and one from the HCC XI. Other tables will be available at £400 for 10 guests. Individual tickets will be available at £40 per head. The cost will include a two course lunch and wine. Sponsorship opportunities will be available including sponsoring the meal and / or the wine.
16.00 T20/20 match between a Horsham CC XI and the Lashings All Stars XI begins.
19.30 Presentations and Closing Ceremony
