Legs, Bums & Tums is a ten session course for beginners aiming to support and guide individuals through their first steps to getting active or getting back into activity.
Each session will involve an aerobic section (aimed at getting your heart rate up) as well as a strength and toning section. All you need is a water bottle and a mat or towel (we will send you an exercise resistance band after the first session).
Sessions will be led by a qualified instructor who will tailor the class to suit individual needs.
