Hush Yoga

Looking after your wellbeing couldn’t be any more important than during pregnancy. Through this workshop we will work together to help cultivate strength, improve posture for you and baby’s positioning and increase circulation. We’ll also practice breathing techniques and calm the mind through guided meditation, all of this leaving you feeling confident in how to move and be present and relaxed throughout your pregnancy journey.

We will start with some seated meditation and breathwork, followed by a flow of movement well suited to the second and third trimesters, working to relieve or prevent different tensions, aches and pains that can occur as the body evolves and adapts, strengthening areas that may weaken and lengthening in areas of tightness. Pelvic floor exercises for strength and flexibility will be incorporated throughout.

The workshop will finish with a chat and Q&A with lovely hypnobirthing specialist, Vicki (Shoreham Hypnobirthing).

This workshop is suited to those in their second and third trimesters and will be led by Izzy, who will be 6 months pregnant at the time. It is a great opportunity to connect and share with other mums to be.
