A workout which incorporates Pilates and yoga type moves. You will carry out a series of stretches and poses to increase strength and muscle tone and improve the joint mobility and muscle flexibility.
An equally important goal of the class is to reduce stress levels and improve mental well-being. We want you leaving the class feeling relaxed and calm.
It's suitable for people of all ages and like all of our Get Active courses is aimed at people who are taking their first steps to getting active.
