This two-workshop event invites you to explore one of yoga’s most subtle and transformative practices: Pranayama – the yogic art of conscious breathing and energy regulation.
You will be introduced to the principles, purpose and techniques of pranayama, with practices carefully tailored to each individual participant. Whether you are new to breathwork or wish to deepen your existing practice, these workshops will help you establish a safe, steady and sustainable personal practice.
Our intention is to support you in cultivating greater balance, harmony and resilience in everyday life through the profound power of the breath.
Workshop 1 – 8th of August – will explore theory and include sufficient time for practice of the main techniques.
Workshop 2 – 22nd of August – will briefly revisit key theoretical concepts and focus on practice, including techniques, Q&A, and progression.
We recommend attending both sessions; however, it is also possible to attend either workshop individually.
