An evening of dining, fine wines and discovery in the intimate surroundings of the Drawing Room. Curated by the Michelin-starred kitchen team led by Chef Jean Delport, the surprise tasting menu is revealed course by course.
Each dish is paired with wines chosen by Cellar Master Johann Fourie, from Leonardslee Family Vineyards and sister estate Benguela Cove in South Africa, including rare library releases. The evening begins with a sparkling wine reception and welcome snacks, and ends with coffee.
£300 per person, inclusive of all charges and service.
