Tuesdays - 11am in Horsham Park - Join me for a Hiit / Circuit style session. All exercises can be scaled up or down depending on your fitness level and how hard you want to work.
Thursdays - 09:30am in Woodstock Close Park (Pixie Hollow Play Park) - A Tabata style workout for all abilities.
No need to book, just turn up. Card and Cash payments taken.
