We are inviting up to 30 women who’d like to improve their own resilience for their mind and body on the cusp of spring!
Learn about how to build physical resilience through the power of nutrition, understand the importance of good gut health and how this supports mental wellbeing, and how to enhance the immune system through key lifestyle changes.
All of this life-enhancing experience is facilitated by Woods for Learning, and Gary Marlow will teach us some foraging tips and how to create a fire, and we will subsequently experience the healing power of a collective around the warmth of the flames.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for wet/cold weather and muddy tracks for a short walk.
