We dynamically work your entire body, weaving in a variety of spiritual teachings to help you deepen your practice and find peace and joy inside your mind.
7:45 PM – 8:45 PM
Gentle Yoga Flow (All Saints School)
With light stretching, moving through postures and breathing to slowly open your body, this class is gentle and perfect for you if you’re new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or enjoy a gentle class with a comfortable pace.
