Oktoberfest in Horsham
You don't need to travel to Munich for Oktoberfest. This October, Horsham is having its own, with Bavarian-style events at some of our favourite local venues. It's a chance to get friends together, pour something good and enjoy an evening that runs well into the night.
You might want a craft beer at a local brewery, a lively evening at the pub or something a bit different. Pick one event or make a month of it.
What's on:
- Firebird Brewing Co – Saturday 10 October, from 4:30pm
Start the season at the brewery with an afternoon and evening of Oktoberfest fun. - The Red Deer – Thursday 15 October, from 7pm
A midweek Oktoberfest to break up the week. - Love you, Bye – Friday 23 October, from 6pm
Start your weekend early with a Friday night Oktoberfest
Plan your visit, book a table, gather your group and dig out your lederhosen (optional, but encouraged). Once the celebrations are over, there's plenty more to see in Horsham, including independent shops, places to eat and autumn walks in the countryside around the town.
