Do you care for someone with dementia? The next Dementia Friendly Horsham District Meeting is on Tuesday 23rd April, 10:00 – 13:00 at the Main Conference Room, Parkside, Horsham RH12 1RL.
Speakers will include Horsham Community Link, Silver Service and NHS Carers Health. There will be an opportunity to try out the Community Link Virtual Reality experience.
