A welcome return for Olivia Burchett who will be leading this workshop especially designed for runners.
Come and (possibly) improve your running on the mat! We will focus on breathing, form, stretching and strengthening, plus a bit of philosophy. We will build awareness and with awareness can come realisation and growth.
As the weather worsens and the buzz of the New Year fades away "fair weather runners" may be looking for a way to stay motivated.
Serious runners maybe looking for a way to stay fast and avoid injury with the racing season ahead. We will cover common injuries and problems such as shin splints and plateauing.
Everyone will have a chance to work at an appropriate level whether they are a keen runner, keen yogi, or somewhere in between.
There will be plenty of time and props for support. At its best yoga may help to run taller, with increased ease and efficiency.
