Beneficial Health is a family run business based in Pulborough, West Sussex on the boundary of The South Downs and is based in Horsham District.

Our mission is to offer the highest quality natural and organic wholefoods and superfoods, body and hair care products, vitamins and dietary supplements to the local community and pride ourselves on the helpful advice we provide to our customers in store and online.

We use local suppliers wherever possible and we try to ensure that the products we sell are ethical and natural, with ingredients that do not contain chemicals or parabens, are not tested on animals and do not affect our environment. Most of the products in our store are organic with some being Fairtrade. We also provide a new therapy service known as Resonant Light Technology.
