She draws inspiration from real moments, stolen observations, and the ‘what ifs’ that linger long after they should. Much of her writing happens in airports, on planes, or in half-empty cafés, always with a playlist on and a coffee nearby.
Outside her writing life, Michelle runs ByJove Media, a social media consultancy dedicated to helping businesses show up with confidence, clarity and connection. Her work in storytelling, brand voice, and audience psychology has shaped how she approaches character, emotion and truth on the page. She’s a firm believer that whether you’re writing content or fiction, it all comes down to resonance, and saying something real.
