Slipped Discs, a popular specialist record shop in Steyning, have moved to larger premises; we at Visit Horsham attended the launch.
A few weeks ago, we mentioned that despite being Visit Horsham's smallest retail store, Slipped Discs had a customer base and reputation that extended far beyond Horsham District.
At the time, Slipped Discs had just been named "Shop of the Month" in Record Collector Magazine. Shortly before this, they appeared on the TV show Salvage Hunters Classic Cars. The episode documented the restoration of the Morris Minor Post Office van that they had purchased for their collections and deliveries.
Slipped Discs had achieved all this while operating out of a small unit in Cobblestone Walk. Then, on Saturday 6th of August, they moved just along the road in Steyning High Street to their new, larger premises.
Visit Horsham attended the launch and, shortly before opening, took these 360 images and created a Google Street View tour.
