Henfield is a large village and civil parish approximately 12 miles south of Horsham. Situated on a ridge overlooking the River Adur and the South Downs, it is within easy reach of London, Brighton, and Chichester, making it a convenient base for exploring the surrounding area.

Sainsbury's is due to open a new store for Henfield in the former Budgens supermarket in the high street.

Many Henfield businesses have new ranges and extended opening hours, making it easier than ever to shop locally and support the local economy. Particularly in the interim period between Budgens closing and the new Sainsbury's opening.

We have enhanced this page's content with collaboration and support from BN5 magazine and Horsham District Council's Economic Development team.

BN5 magazine has produced a handy downloadable Henfield Shopping Guide as part of this collaboration.

The guide and our listings also include businesses situated in the neighbouring villages of Cowfold, Poynings, Small Dole and Woodmancote.

The 'Visit Henfield' video on this page is part of a series of short films, each episode highlighting different areas across Horsham District.

Visit... Horsham District series was commissioned by Horsham District Council and created by Silvertip Films and Whistlestop Arts.
