Tom Hamblet, a Sous Chef at South Lodge Hotel Horsham, has won MasterChef:The Professionals 20223
24-year-old Tom beat 31 other chefs over a seven-week competition. He impressed judges, restaurant critics and industry leaders with his cooking.
Following his win, South Lodge hotel have announced that Tom will be taking up a residency in their Camellia restaraunt in 2024.
