About Cabin Pressure Spirits:

Cabin Pressure Spirits are husband and wife, David and Emily, who produce award-winning small-batch spirits and liqueurs from their micro-distillery in Horsham. Unusually, they use a glass vacuum-still to create their gin; a gentle low-temperature approach to distillation which results in exceptional flavour clarity and particular smoothness.

Their star product, Horsham Spirit gin, won a gold award at the Gin Masters 2021. The label features Emily’s own colourful artwork of Horsham’s beautiful Causeway. To give a little back to the community, a donation is made to local charities for every bottle sold.

Cabin Pressure enjoy collaborating with other local businesses and have created products with Chef Jean of the Michelin Star Restaurant Interlude at Leonardslee Lakes and Gardens, Crates Local Produce, Horsham Coffee Roaster, and Kissingate Brewery. Chocolate house, Chococo, have even made a chocolate with their gin!

They can regularly be found at local markets and events, and their products are stocked by many local shops, bars, and restaurants. Their products can also be purchased from their website shop with a reduced-cost delivery option available for customers in RH12/13.
