About The Anchor Tap:
The Anchor Tap first opened in 1898. Since then it has undergone many transformations including a shoe shop, and information centre and a coffee shop. In 2016 it was refurbished and became an went back to its roots.
It's now run by the team who run The Malt Shovel in Springfield Road and The Beer Mine in the Carfax.
